(©Thorinshield 1968)

Shine light every day
Let it rain hey on my face
Let it rain on my face
Shine light to me on every day

Every day

Want you more now little girl
Take a trip around the world
Take a trip around the world
Say more and do less every day

Every day
Every day hey I want you to stay

Bring to me that special kind
Of love that lasts most night and day
Bring to me that special kind
That love that lasts night and day

There are places I have been
Where nothing happens right
There are people I have seen
Who are lost below

Lonely mountain let me travel
I am tired and I feel so all alone

Black birds tell of love and greed
Though they'll take away your mind

The pendulum is sadly swinging
As you stumble into time

There the river's running free
Stepping gently over stone
Freezing flowers, they are singing
Of a time when we were young
Lonely mountain let me travel
I am tired and I feel so all alone

All alone

All alone

Hey now little girl
Take a trip around the world

Comments
Hey, it was the sixties. People were confused. No obvious Tolkien reference in the lyrics, but the conjunction of the band and song names suggests they had The Hobbit in mind when they were searching for a random title.
